We feel you because we have been in your shoes before. So we have compiled a set of frequently asked questions related to buying jewellery online from ANYA. Do you offer free shipping at ANYA?

Yes, for all orders over $100 in Canada and over $200 in the USA, we offer free shipping. Sorry, we DO NOT ship worldwide currently, but are working towards extending our services soon.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You should receive your beautiful package from ANYA within 3-5 business days if you are in Canada, and in not more than 5-7 business days if you are in the USA.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. The moment you make the payment for your order at ANYA and we ship it, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with order number and tracking number. We use Canada Post for all our shipments, so you can use this reference number to track your order at www.canadapost.ca

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it. But, ANYA offers you the choice to return your purchase, within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you are not satisfied with it. Our return policy will give you further details about cancellations, returns and refunds.

Why should I register with ANYA?

There are many reasons why you should be a part of the ANYA family. ANYA’s loyal customers will always be the first ones to be informed of sales, offers or discounts on our products. Also, in the rare case that you need to return your order, we offer refund in the form of store credit. How do I register with ANYA?

First of all, welcome to the ANYA family. Great decision, we say! Now all you need to do is click on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the right corner of our website. Fill in the quick form with your basic information and that’s it, you are officially a part of ANYA!

What payment methods does ANYA accept?

Currently we accept payments via PayPal, Mastercard and VISA.

I do not have a PayPal account. How can I pay for my order?

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order at ANYA. You can use our PayPal gateway as a guest user and pay using your credit/debit card from our secured website.

Are transactions on anyasonline.com safe?

ANYA is proud to offer you a completely secure shopping experience. Our site is authenticated by VeriSign, which means that all confidential information related to your credit/debit card is encrypted and coded by SSL Protocol. We do not store any of your confidential information on our server.

Do you accept international orders?

Sorry, we can only accept orders from Canada and the United States at present. We are working towards extending our services soon.

Do we have to bear custom duty charges?

Yes. Charges like customs or import duties, local sales tax, clearance charges have to be borne by the customer. Every time an item crosses an international border, it will be subject to such charges depending on the importing country’s rules and regulations. These charges are not in our control as they are determined by your respective local governments.

Can I rent jewellery from ANYA?
