If you wish to cancel or modify an order before shipment, please notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service at (+1) 416 830 5465. In such a case, we will make arrangements for a refund at the earliest. Once the item is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
We accept returns and exchanges only on regular priced items. No exchanges or credits will be issued on sale items. All orders are carefully inspected and ensured that they are in perfect condition before they are dispatched.
However, if you’re not satisfied with the purchase and want to initiate a return, please notify us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Prior to returning/reshipping the product, please wait for a return approval from our customer representative.
Please attach the following in the mail:
- A copy of the receipt,
- A photograph of the product. and
- The reason for the return

We always strive to make you happy with your purchases, but if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, we assure you a complete refund, in the form of Anya’s Online store credit, for the amount of the original purchase price. As per policy, we will not be liable to pay any shipping or handling charges on returned products.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules in different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.
